We purchased a Samsung TV during a promotion offering 5000 TL cashback via İninal. We received the İninal cards and opened the accounts as instructed, but the promised funds were never loaded. Despite contacting customer service multiple times, we kept getting the same response: “It will be resolved soon.” Weeks have passed, and nothing has been done. This has been a frustrating and disappointing experience. Both Samsung and İninal failed to deliver on their promise.
